Position Overview:
Wilsonart is looking for a Supply Chain Application Lead as part of its multi-year ERP transformation journey on Oracle e-business suite. The ideal candidate would be a hands-on subject matter expert in supply chain management processes and have expertise in Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules with integration to Oracle Finance and Cost management.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior Experience in defining systems requirements, designing and prototyping solutions, consulting with users on process transformation, testing, training, go-live, expertise in system cutovers and defining support procedures
  • Reporting to senior management and working with global teams during implementation and post go-live
  • Experience managing work stream scope, change requests, delivery against defined milestones; mitigate and remediate risk factors and propose solutions based on best practices
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize competing business needs while delivering consistently high quality and timely work
  • Functional design and configuration experience with combination of the following Oracle EBS modules Procure to Pay (P2P) , Order to Cash, Cost Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, ASCP and WIP
  • Experience in at least three EBS implementation cycle in current release of Oracle EBS Applications (R12)
  • 10+ years of Oracle EBS (eBusiness Suite) functional implementation experience
  • Complete and thorough knowledge of EBS integration of Supply Chain, Finance and manufacturing process
  • Prior experience working with business that had intercompany transactions
  • A good combination of skills in functional and technical aspects of Oracle EBS core applications
  • Data analysis and management of all operations data not limited to but including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, WIP, BOM, Master Data
  • Ability to manage the changes required for better adoption of new solution driven processes
  • AIM methodology and Water fall / Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct business workshop sessions and facilitate/document business requirements to understand business demand and initiatives
  • Provide hands on setup and functional module implementation/configuration
  • Demonstrated ability to improve process efficiency and promote and manage change in the organization
  • Serve as the business process and system solutions subject matter expert to assist organization in optimizing, standardizing, and improving system solutions and business processes.
  • Proactively partner with supply chain systems providers to understand relevant best practices and deliver new system functionality and solutions to support accounting, reporting, and financial planning
  • Effectively design the necessary KPIs to measure the success of the business outcomes to continuously monitor and improve the operational efficiency
  • Planning and delivery of strategic and tactical initiatives to the business leveraging Oracle e-Business Suite manufacturing and supply chain management modules
  • Create and review functional requirements from the business and ensure development team creates architecturally compliant designs
  • Train the business users on the new solution and associated processes to enable best practices
  • Work collaboratively with business and technical infrastructure teams to produce quality system design, utilizing best practice methodology and technology
  • Follow and responsible for configuration and change management processes during implementation and application support
  • Lead and manage resources from both onshore and offshore
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and analyze solutions for process improvement
  • Ownership and accountability of the release management process to include prioritizing, planning, building, testing and execution in accordance with compliance requirements
 
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or related field with 10+ years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified above.
  • Certification in Oracle EBS
Nice to have, but not required
  • Certification in CSCP/CPIM/CPSM
  • PMP Certification
 
WORKING CONDITIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting in the same location of standing/walking; required to stoop, climb, or lift light material (10-20lbs) or equipment.
