For more than 60 years, Wilsonart has honored our founders' promise to provide our customers with industry-leading products and service.  In November 2012, Wilsonart became a new, independent company when Clayton, Dubilier & Rice ("CD&R") and Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE:ITW) completed a transaction for the sale of ITW's Decorative Surfaces business unit. IT Systems Operations Specialist

Wilsonart, Temple, has an immediate opening for an IT Systems Operations Specialist.  We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Operations Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing various administrative and financial tasks related to IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, change management, and software administration. Performs other tasks as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Invoice Management, Receive and submit IT invoices for payment to Accounts Payable, including Oracle, Infor, telecommunications, cell phone, and vendor invoices for maintenance and license renewals.
• Termination Processing, conduct weekly termination processing every Wednesday to identify employees who have left the company and ensure the removal of IT resources.
• Change Management, Administer the Change Management process by overseeing weekly meetings to discuss production changes and documenting formal Change Requests.
• Purchase Orders, Create and submit purchase order requisitions using the Oracle R12 iProcurement process.
• Software Administration- manage Adobe, Smartsheets, DocuSign, products, including billing for annual renewals and administration of employee licenses (assigning and managing access).
• License Agreements, coordinate the renewal of maintenance, support, and license agreements for IT across the Americas and certain corporate entities.
• Accruals Management, perform monthly accruals for all IT-related expenses in the Americas and some corporate departments.
• Employee Access Database, administer the Employee Access database (Central Repository) to ensure accurate documentation of IT resources assigned to employees, including updates during the termination process.
• Financial Support, provide Capex and Opex support related to IT bookkeeping and financial reporting.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

High School Graduate or GED

EXPERIENCE

5+ years supporting Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Experience in IT administration, procurement processes, or financial management. Familiarity with Oracle R12, Adobe, Smartsheet’s, DocuSign, and Got Webinar is a plus.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
