Required Availability:
- Must be available to work overnight/graveyard shifts (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed

We're looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
Your Role in Creating Remarkable Experiences
- Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build, develop, and train a high-performing team of retail associates.
- Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and provide your team with the tools and resources needed to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Proactively engage with guests and address questions or concerns promptly.
- Support associates in meeting guest needs efficiently while maintaining a "no wait" experience.
- Monitor customer flow and open registers as needed to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold Dash In Brand Standards by maintaining high levels of guest engagement, cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
- Communicate inventory and ordering needs effectively with the Guest Experience Manager.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the Guest Experience Manager and Senior Store Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a customer service or retail environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using technology, including POS systems and related software.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Active ServSafe Certification preferred.
