Front of House Supervisor

As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you'll work closely with management to lead a retail team, ensure excellent guest experiences, and maintain operational excellence. This includes supervising front-of-house operations, supporting staff, resolving guest inquiries, and upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with managers to train and develop retail associates.
  • Oversee smooth front-of-house operations, addressing guest needs promptly.
  • Monitor customer flow and optimize service efficiency by opening registers as needed.
  • Uphold high standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest engagement.
  • Communicate inventory needs and support task completion as directed by leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or customer service role.
  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
  • Comfort with technology, including POS systems.
  • ServSafe Certification (preferred but not required).
