Shift Schedule: 10pm-7 am
Your Role:
- Collaborate with managers to train and guide a high-performing team.
- Ensure seamless operations in both guest-facing and kitchen areas.
- Proactively interact with guests, addressing questions and concerns.
- Maintain quality standards in food preparation, cleanliness, and safety.
- Oversee inventory, monitor customer flow, and ensure a "no-wait" experience.
- Uphold Dash In brand standards, ensuring top guest engagement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role in retail or food service.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with technology, including POS and inventory software.
- Active ServSafe Certification (a plus).
