- Coach, develop, and hold store managers accountable to deliver excellent results and grow their teams.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective P&L management, operational standards, and local market execution.
- Champion brand standards for food safety, quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (food programs, marketing, facilities, finance) to elevate performance and solve challenges.
- Monitor and manage expenses, capital projects, and financial results within your territory.
- Serve as the local ambassador for Dash In, building trust with both employees and customers while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in restaurants, foodservice, or convenience retail.
- Strong background in food operations with proven ability to manage quality, speed, and consistency in a high-volume environment.
- Experience managing P&L, analyzing financials, and driving operational results.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
- Comfortable with a field-based role requiring frequent travel across the Delaware market.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent progressive experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
