Job Purpose and Function

Dash In, part of the Wills Group family of brands, is redefining convenience through elevated food, exceptional service, and a modern retail experience. The Guest Experience Assistant Manager (GE AM) plays a key leadership role in driving Front of House (FOH) operations, team performance, and guest experience execution within a fast-paced 24/7 retail environment.

This role partners closely with store leadership to deliver operational excellence across guest service, cleanliness, merchandising, staffing, and overall brand execution. Success in this role is measured through guest satisfaction, team engagement, operational performance, audit results, and financial outcomes including sales, labor, and inventory controls. This position also plays an important role in developing high-performing teams, coaching frontline leaders, and fostering a positive, guest-focused culture. While responsibilities remain consistent across both roles, title and level alignment are based on store volume, staffing structure, and operational complexity.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead, coach, and develop Front of House teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience 24/7.
  • Help lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of Guest Experience Supervisors and Team Members.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture that promotes teamwork, engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Drive execution of Dash In brand standards across guest engagement, cleanliness, merchandising, food presentation, and safety.
  • Monitor Front of House operational performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and execution.
  • Help oversee labor management, scheduling execution, and staffing plans to meet business and guest needs.
  • Help drive sales performance through strong operational execution, product availability, merchandising, and guest service.
  • Help drive achievement of sales, labor, inventory, and guest experience performance goals.
  • Help oversee inventory management, ordering, cash handling, and loss prevention processes.
  • Ensure operational readiness for audits, inspections, food safety standards, and guest experience assessments.
  • Provide leadership during peak business periods while maintaining a fast, friendly, and efficient guest experience.
  • Communicate effectively across store leadership, team members, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Serve as acting store leader in the absence of the General Manager or other key store leaders.
  • Help drive execution of company initiatives, process improvements, and operational priorities.
