Dash In’s Rising Talent Internship Program is a full-time, paid, 12-week summer experience for students and recent graduates who want meaningful work, real responsibility, and practical skills. Interns contribute to active business projects while gaining exposure to a growing convenience retail brand expanding into the Carolinas this year.

At a glance
- Paid internship: $18/hour
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Dates: May 18 – August 10, 2026 (12 weeks)
- Location: Hybrid with in-office days at La Plata, MD headquarters

Internship focus areas
Interns are placed within a specific department and contribute to real business priorities.
Corporate Communications
- Help manage website content and internal communications
- Support intranet implementation and brand initiatives
- Learn corporate storytelling and employee engagement strategy
Finance & Accounting
- Review site-level financial and inventory reporting
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives
- Learn how financial insights support operational decisions
Information & Technology
- Assist with help desk support and system troubleshooting
- Support IT infrastructure and enterprise systems projects
- Learn IT operations in a multi-site retail environment
Marketing
- Contribute to SEO and performance marketing initiatives
- Support digital campaign execution and analysis
- Learn growth marketing and analytics-driven decision-making
Retail Operations – Risk Management
- Support risk management initiatives across retail locations
- Assist with incident reporting, trend analysis, and documentation
- Learn how safety, compliance, and loss prevention support store operations
Talent & People Operations
- Support recruiting dashboards, employer branding, and onboarding
- Assist with HR systems audits, compliance, and documentation
- Learn how people operations support growth and expansion
Tools you may work with include: Jobvite, Workday, SharePoint, CompAnalyst, SEO and analytics platforms, and enterprise IT systems.
