Summary:
The Barista Manager supports Tri Star's goals, values, and philosophy by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence, quality service, commitment, and accountability. The Coffee Manager will be a leader who continuously strives to improve store operations, increase sales, and provide a superior guest experience.

They will inspire passion in their team, build a strong, well-developed, and knowledgeable staff, adhere to all company standards, maintain a clean store environment, and meet or exceed sales goals while controlling costs.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3+ years of retail or hospitality industry experience.
  • 3+ years management experience directly supervising staff.
  • Prior Assistant Manager or General Manager level experience.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Passion for guest service and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for career development in self and others.
  • Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings/nights and special events as needed.
  • Sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (cases of milk, beer, soda, etc.)
  • 18+ years of age.
