Do you think this could be you? To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a (Junior) CRM Newsletter Manager (m/f/d). In this position, you will be responsible for one of our most important communication channel – our daily newsletter sendout.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Monitoring, scheduling and quality checking the daily newsletter for our 11 million subscribers across all Westwing markets
  • Continuously working to optimize internal processes by improving tools or workflows together with the Technology and Marketing departments
  • Communicating and cooperating with CRM stakeholders
  • Training both internal and external stakeholders regarding our newsletter processes
  • Compiling, analyzing and delivering regular process and newsletter performance reports

You come with:

  • Academic degree in Business Management, Marketing Communications or similar - we are also open to recruit lateral entrants with a great eye for details
  • Ideally: Minimum one year of email or CRM marketing work experience
  • Exhibit great attention to detail, with high standards for quality
  • Great organization and multi-tasking abilities
  • High interest in technical aspects of email marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
