As Customer Care Agent Netherlands (m/f/d) you support outside the regular office hours with processing the orders of our Dutch and Flemish customers as well as the resulting inquiries.


  • being the prime contact point for our Dutch and Flemish customers by phone, email, Facebook and WhatsApp
  • processing requests about payments, orders, cancellations and returns
  • answering questions about our websites, products and the ordering process
  • handling feedback from our customers to continuously improve our offering and shopping experience


  • relevant experience in the field of customer care
  • passion for customer satisfaction as well as excellent social and problem-solving skills
  • friendly, positive and motivated personality
  • desire for a longer-term employment in an international context
  • fluency in Dutch and English
