As Senior Project and Process Improvement Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the process innovation in our warehouse logistics, improved customer experience and/or reduced cost. Your main responsibility will identify major improvement opportunities, develop and select innovative solutions, prioritize projects for implementation, drive projects to implementation, and ensure bottom-line sustainable impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • drive step-change process innovation in our warehouse logistics for improved customer experience and/or reduced cost
  • drive standardization and innovation in physical infrastructure, layout and material flow
  • identify major improvement opportunities, develop and select innovative solutions,
  • prioritize projects for implementation, drive projects to implementation, and ensure bottom-line sustainable impact
  • coordinate projects at the interfaces between our warehouse operations, customer service / quality teams, infrastructure
  • leading a small team of highly motivated professionals

YOU COME WITH

  • experience in management consulting, process optimization company, or e-commerce company, ideally with a process optimization focus
  • at least 3-5 years of professional experience in a highly dynamic and challenging environment, proven ability to drive change
  • spirit and ability of challenging status quo
  • strong customer focus, autonomy and exceptional project management skills
  • expertise in Lean Management or other improvement methodologies
  • excellent analytics balanced with a natural pragmatism to get things done
  • English and Polish are must-have languages, other languages are a plus
