Do you think this could be you? We are looking for a Product Intelligence Analyst (m/f/d). In this position, you will enable the Product team to translate data into actionable insights, initiative pipelines & visualization dashboards and you will serve as the key analytics contact on the Product team.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Provide accurate and insightful data analyses for different Product teams, explain and interpret your findings to them, identifying & recommending product expansion opportunities based on customer & competitor insights
  • Source and mine through data and analytics for all aspects of our digital product to gain a better understanding of our users’ behavior and develop a clear understanding of its impact on our current product and our strategy
  • Serve as the key analytics contact on the Product team, collaborate with Product Managers on project planning/prioritization, segmentation strategies, pre- and post-product launches performance analysis plus provide accurate and regular reports
  • Work to develop dashboards that provide insights and visualization into customer and channel performance based on existing and new KPIs, channel projections, historical performance, as well as requested reporting by Product Managers and other stakeholders
  • Use SQL and Tableau and other relevant analytics / reporting tools to work efficiently and at scale
  • Drive the development and definition of business-critical Product KPIs for the Consumer Products

You come with:

  • At least 2+ of practical experience in the area of Business Intelligence / Data Analysis / Data Science
  • A university degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics or Quantitative Methods
  • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent skills in SQL, Excel and Tableau (or any equivalent visualization software). Additional programming skills (e.g. R, Python) and working with Google Analytics are a plus
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience with an e-commerce product
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including fluent business English
  • Ability to balance a fast-paced working environment with the need for precision. Yet, being able to apply a high degree of pragmatism to solve data challenges and get fast results if needed
  • You have excellent skills in data visualization and creating dashboards
  • You work independently, structured and conscientiously
  • You are a doer with a hands-on mentality and a zest for action
