As an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for our Interior Design Service you are the main interface between our SEO team, our SEA team and our paid social media team. You ensure the right positioning of our Interior Design Service for our home enthusiast customers across these channels. Next to that, you are the main driver for the improvement of all channels. This position is unlimited.


  • manage and control the budget for all SEO, SEA and Paid Social Media activities for our Interior Design Service
  • plan, create and implement paid social media campaigns for our Interior Design Service
  • optimize our on- & off-page Interior Design Service website on common SEO metrics and develop a SEO roadmap with internal and external stakeholders
  • concept creation and implementation of SEA campaigns (Google, YouTube) and Display Ads based on performance goals
  • analyze the success of your campaigns, create reports, and derive improvements
  • study the market, trends and competition as well as identify and manage own projects
  • work with web analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sistrix) and prepare and present analyses for management 

  • 1+ years of work experience in a SEO role or 2+ years in an Online-Marketing driven environment
  • experience with online marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Feed Management, Google Analytics)
  • a good understanding of on-page and off-page SEO ranking factors and a never-ending urge to learn more about SEO
  • very good analytical skills, coupled with the ability to find and communicate creative solutions
  • a high degree of initiative, project management skills and reliability
  • a good overview of the newest tools and technologies in online marketing
