Do you think this could be you? To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Director Category Management (m/f/d) for our multi-hundred million Euro business WestwingNow and Westwing Collection. 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Shape and drive the overall WestwingNow and Westwing Collection offering strategy to unlock our massive growth opportunity towards a multi-billion Euros business, reporting directly to a member of the Westwing Group Executive Team
  • Own the WestwingNow P&L including Pricing
  • Build the clear #1 curated home & living portfolio with our own Westwing Collection products as well as the world’s best brands together with your team of Heads of Categories and the Creative Director
  • Own and drive the long-term vision and strategy for world-class, end-to-end customer experience on our WestwingNow sites & apps, working closely with the Group CEO, and coordinate its implementation across functions such as Content Production, Consumer Technology and Operations to let our products shine
  • Scale a high performing, dynamic team capable of driving massive growth at high margins

You come with:

  • Extensive relevant eCommerce and/or top tier consulting experience
  • Ability to thrive in a high growth, entrepreneurial and ambiguous environment
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, yet a “hands-on” attitude with a focus on fast execution
  • Passion to combine data driven insights and creative approaches to shape and implement innovative, customer-centric strategies and decisions
  • Proven track record of strong leadership and developing high performing teams
  • Proven ability to scale a business and deliver outstanding results
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages making you a great discussion partner for the Executive team and our CEO
  • Fluency in English
