Do you think this could be you? To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Assistant (m/f/d). In this position, you will be contributing to the Supply Chain function of our international WestwingNow and Private Label business. You will be supporting the Supply Chain team with operational activities, taking over responsibility for certain processes.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Providing logistics support for our Supply Chain managers in a specific product category
  • Following up on orders placed by the Supply Chain team and arranging the payments to our suppliers in Europe and Asia
  • Managing and updating delivery times and reviewing suppliers’ documentation
  • Reporting non-successful deliveries to the suppliers and managing re-deliveries
  • Tracking customers’ orders and making sure our products are delivered on time
  • Monitoring our product availability
  • Working closely with many of our internal departments (Warehouse Logistics, Buying, Customer Care, Finance)

You come with:

  • Some work experience in Supply Chain/Logistics is desirable
  • Excellent organization of working time, including priority setting
  • Fast comprehension and structured way of working
  • Loads of positive energy with a hands-on approach
  • Willing to work in a very dynamic environment
  • Drive, passion for impact, and pragmatism
  • Communicative and friendly personality, as well as assertiveness
  • First experience in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Fluent or good English skills
