Process Improvement Specialist - Quality

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Identification and implementation of concrete improvement initiatives in the field of logistics, focusing on quality, and customer experience
  • Support the setup of a structured and lean operations processes, train-the-trainer approach for roll-out on the shop floor
  • Operational processing of ad hoc management tasks including specific quick fixes to missing/flawed processes and implementation of sustainable process solutions
  • Close collaboration with Westwing’s senior management and all relevant global departments, from purchasing over marketing to customer service
  • Implementation of and delivery against specific performance target
You come with:
  • Outstanding academic credentials, preferably in economics, business administration, engineering or science
  • First work experience in a consulting firm, an e-commerce company or in a leading company in the manufacturing industry (also through relevant internships)
  • Interested in the “hands-on” approach of a successful Start-Up
  • Ability to operate in a structured, proactive and goal oriented way, analytically strong to very strong (including full proficiency with Excel)
  • Motivated, “can-do attitude” with strong communication skills
  • Mother tongue Polish, excellent English skills, German language skills would be a plus
