Supply Chain Manager - Inbound Logistics

In this position you will own and manage the end-to-end processes of inbound supply chain and logistics at the shop floor. You will also manage Supplier deliveries management to our warehouses, building and managing supplier relations across Europe & Asia.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end processes of inbound supply chain & logistics at the shop floor
  • Drive initiatives & projects for process & tool improvements to ensure a lean & efficient approach for inbounding logistics
  • Manage & work with a team of receptionists at the warehouse, while driving close coordination with supply chain teams
  • Supplier delivery management to our warehouses, building & managing supplier relations across Europe & Asia
  • Lead interfaces with multiple stakeholders and departments - Supply chain, Finance, Technology
  • Operational processing of ad hoc management tasks including specific quick fixes to missing/flawed processes and implementation of sustainable process solutions

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of supply chain & logistics operations in a consulting firm, an e-commerce company or in a leading company in the manufacturing industry (also through relevant internships)
  • “Hands-on” approach with experience in managing on ground floor operations .
  • Academic credentials, preferably in economics, business administration, engineering or science
  • Ability to operate in a structured, proactive and goal oriented way, strong analytical skills (including full proficiency with Excel)
  • High level of personal motivation, “can-do attitude” and strong communication skills
  • Fluency in Polish and English
