We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator in our West Chester, PA office. 

The HR Coordinator assists with the execution of various employment and administrative activities for the department along with supporting employee development initiatives.  This position is responsible for entry and maintenance of employee records in the HRIS system and ensures data is complete and accurate. Consults with managers and other team members to ensure that HR policies and procedures are consistently applied throughout the organization.

Expected Outcomes

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely data entry of all HR transactions in the HRIS/Payroll system including the hiring and termination processes and other status changes in coordination with other stakeholders
  • Responds to inquiries from employees, managers, and others related to data transactions and their corresponding processes. Conducts periodic audits to ensure integrity of all HR data and resolve as necessary.
  • Provide accurate calculations of fringe benefits for certain employees to determine alternate rates as needed
  • Coordinate with the Payroll and IT department to ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly and biweekly payrolls
  • Coordinates company efforts to garner employee feedback via employee surveys, all hands meetings, etc.
  • Responsible for running various reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis to analyze employee data
  • Conducts phone screens for corporate positions and schedule interviews as needed
  • Assists with the compensation process and gathers market data to ensure compensation is competitive within the industry
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all current and former employee HR files. Compiles documentation as requested by outside auditors and others as requested. 
  • Provides general office support to the department
  • Assists with other projects as assigned; support the HR team as needed

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 0-2 years’ experience in a Human Resources environment or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and resolve issues
  • Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must be detail-oriented with good organization skills
  • Must be customer-service oriented with strong communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
