Weston is seeking Trucking Coordinator. The Trucking Coordinator manages and monitors transportation and disposal logistics for remediation activities. This role provides real‑time oversight of truck movements to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant hauling operations.
Location: East Helena, MT Local or Remote-onsite
Expected Outcomes:
- Coordinate truck movements between remediation sites and disposal facilities
- Record truck weights at the repository prior to unloading
- Monitor GPS tracking of haul trucks to manage routes and prevent congestion
- Maintain communication with field crews and truck drivers
- Support traffic control considerations near sensitive areas (e.g., rail crossings, industrial facilities)
- Maintain transportation and disposal documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience coordinating trucking, logistics, or construction transportation activities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving components simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting environmental remediation or large construction projects
- Familiarity with GPS tracking or logistics management systems

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
Salary Range: $68,689 - $90,645 - $112,495
