We have an opening for a Corporate Security Manager at our corporate headquarters in West Chester, PA.  The primary task of this new position is to design, develop and implement a corporate program to protect Weston’s people, property and information.  In order to accomplish this mission, the Corporate Security Manager will supervise and support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) in carrying out the requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).  In addition, this individual will collaborate with Corporate Information Technology, Finance & Accounting, Facilities Management, Procurement, Risk Management, Legal, Human Resources, Health & Safety and the Senior Management Team in order to build and maintain a comprehensive asset protection program.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of cyber security issues and ways to achieve internal synergy

  • Develop consistent security guidelines and metrics for administration and operations

  • Establish a Security Working Group, in alignment with the Insider Threat Committee

  • Conduct physical security surveys and assessments to test and improve effectiveness

  • Conduct internal investigations on matters pertaining to theft, fraud, workplace violence or other violations of Weston’s Business Ethics Code or the NISPOM

  • Provide day-to-day guidance for international travel security and export control

  • Provide corporate-wide strategic direction in the areas of crisis management and business continuity

  • Maintain a strong external network with peers in corporate security, intelligence, law enforcement, contingency planning and emergency response

  • Actively participate at the local and national levels in ASIS, NCMS and other top-tier professional development organizations

  • Capable of using the Joint Personnel Adjudication System and other Defense Security Service data systems, and serve as the primary backup for the FSO on these systems

  • Provide oversight and training for the FSO, Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and Key Management Personnel (KMP) for NISPOM compliance

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experienced security professional, with CPP© or ISP© certification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, plus minimum 5 to 10 years related experience

  • Top Secret Government security clearance (or eligibility) required

  • Current knowledge of NISPOM requirements

  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills

  • Able to meet time sensitive deadlines and carry out multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Quiet assertiveness to maintain program integrity

  • Ability to balance the business needs and the security needs of the company
