Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON) is a leading environment and infrastructure firm seeking an experienced environmental remediation consultant to join our team as a Client Account Manager.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of environmental consulting or related industry experience.

 

  • Business development experience identifying and developing opportunities as a highly-technical seller-doer for complex soil, groundwater and sediment remediation projects.

 

  • Technical experience leading remedial consulting, design, and construction projects for oil and gas, chemical, power, and/or manufacturing industrial clients in Texas.

 

  • Regulatory consulting and negotiation experience leading clients through remedial concept development, remedial design, and construction phases of work following investigation.

 

  • Licensed Professional Engineer and/or Professional Geoscientist in the State of Texas

 

  • B.S. degree in civil, chemical, environmental engineering or geosciences.  M.S. preferred.

 

  • A valid drivers license and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

  • Manage client accounts and sales for your team to meet business objectives.

 

  • Engage existing and prospective clients on a routine basis to identify new opportunities.

 

  • Provide senior-level consulting to develop technical solutions for client needs.

 

  • Prepare effective and efficient business proposals to capture opportunities.

 

  • Lead managers and staff to deliver work as principal member of the team.
