Weston Solutions is seeking a Contracts Risk Administrator. The Contracts Risk Administrator supports the contracting process for federal, government and industrial projects of the highest complexity. He/she provides expert counsel or guidance to management concerning contracting issues. He/she coordinates contract assessments and efforts to minimize potential liability.

Expected Outcomes:
- Perform contract analysis of invitations for bids/requests for proposals and provides recommendations to responsible project director.
- Assist Project Management, Proposal Management, and Technical Management in the proposal preparation process, including contract modifications and teaming agreements.
- Assist Project Management with contract negotiations as required.
- Review contract documentation for conformance to negotiated agreement.
- Coordinate contract risk assessments and efforts to minimize potential liability.
- Participate in contract performance disputes.
- Provide contract training on a formal and informal basis to WESTON personnel.
- Provide contract administration or oversight as necessary for major contracts (federal, state, local and industrial/commercial projects).
- Coordinate risk assessments and efforts to minimize potential liability on contracts which are complex, high value, federal, industrial/commercial or local/state government, and specifically projects for construction/ remediation.
- Participate in the periodic review of WESTON General Terms and Conditions.
- Provide expert counsel or guidance to management concerning contracting issues.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus minimum 4 to 6 years related experience.
- Must have contract management experience, with at least 2-3 years in Federal Government contracting.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Able to meet time sensitive deadlines and carry out multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Able to analyze data and resolve issues.
- Must be detail oriented.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
Salary Range: $59,000 - $78,800 - $98,300
