Project Manager - Title Services
Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Make independent decisions within established parameters on how best to approach landowners and proceed with lease negotiation
- Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project. Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
- Pull budget reports as instructed by Project Director.
- Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk.
- Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
- Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
- Communicate and changes and feedback to clients.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Provide direction and guidance to staff on decisions related to the performance and execution of project objectives.
- Meet with client representatives to provide project updates, discuss project timetables, and work parameters.
- Make work assignments to project team members
- Train and develop Project Coordinators and staff.
- Makes employment related decisions including hiring, termination, performance evaluations and recommendations concerning compensation
- Engages current and prospective clients to further develop relationships in the pursuit of future work.
- Reconcile credit card database by pulling report twice a month to ensure there are no missing/unimported credit card receipts from the statement.

- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to create and maintain information database, spreadsheets, and text documents.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and coordinating work assignments in accordance with project timelines.
- Ability to prioritize and organization work to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to gain the trust of Clients and landowners to facilitate the lease negotiation process.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Significant travel may be required and work outside normal work hours may be required.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in outside sales, real estate, negotiating leases and or property sale agreements or equivalent related experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
