Compensation: $88, 747.11-$122,026.50 with a rich benefits package that includes profit-sharing. 
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This position reports to the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for managing and delivering projects across technical, operational, and marketing business areas. The Project Manager leads cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle using Agile and/or waterfall methodologies to deliver programs, campaigns, system enhancements, and new product or service initiatives. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes. The position supports enterprise scalability by managing a diverse portfolio of initiatives and maintaining strong coordination across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field with 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects across operational, technical, and/or marketing environments.
• Experience with project documentation including charters, project plans, requirements, schedules, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong understanding of Agile and/or waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage project progress, risks, scopes, defects, timelines, and cost impacts and mitigations to ensure project alignment with goals/objectives.
• Experience leading, coordinating, and managing various project and program teams, including internal and external resources.
• Knowledge of marketing workflows, campaign execution, and/or digital platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project & Program Management
• Lead planning and execution of projects across operational, technical, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, and service levels. Administers scheduling, planning, reporting, development, and implementation within timelines and budgets. 
• Manage full project lifecycle including requirements, design, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Track risks, issues, scope changes, and dependencies and drive resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy of project tracking systems.
• Coordinate testing activities including system, integration, and UAT.
• Ensure successful transition from implementation to operations and provide post-launch support.
Marketing & Cross-Functional Delivery
• Manage marketing-related initiatives including campaigns, events, communications, and product launches.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to align timelines, messaging, and deliverables.
• Support development of marketing workflows, processes, and campaign execution standards aligned with PMO practices.
• Ensure delivery of measurable results aligned with business and customer objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to eliminate silos and improve project outcomes.
Collaboration Reporting & Enablement
• Establish communication plans and provide regular project status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting to track project performance and outcomes.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and external partners to support project execution.
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members on project management best practices.
• Support organizational change management and training efforts to ensure successful adoption of initiatives.

• Maintain internet speed of 40 MB download and 10 MB upload and router with wired Ethernet. 
• Home router with wired Ethernet (wireless connections and hotspots are not permitted).
• A designated room for your office or steps taken to protect company information (e.g., 
facing computer towards wall, etc.)
• Maintain a HIPAA-compliant workstation and utilize appropriate security techniques to ensure HIPAA-required protection of all confidential/protected client data. 
• Maintain and service safety equipment (e.g., smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit).
• Maintain a valid Project Management Professional Certification.
• All other duties as assigned.
