Compensation:  $68,578 - $94,151 with a rich benefits package that includes profit-sharing.      
    
    

Job Description Summary

This position reports to the Director, Business Development and is responsible for managing and maintaining the library of content related to key products and services, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and tone of voice. This role includes maintaining the pricing sheet for networks, vendors and various products and services, as well as maintain an effective tracking system for Pinnacle Claims Management, Inc. (PCMI) and its affiliated business lines. This role will support the sales team on new business opportunities by developing sales presentation templates, proposal templates, and supplemental proposal collateral. Additionally, this role is tasked with conducting market research and performing vendor evaluations to identify and establish key vendor partnerships that will drive PCMI’s growth. In addition to the primary role, this position will back up the efforts of the Business Development Specialist in facilitating quotes, and proposals for new business opportunities.

QUALIFIC ATIONS  

  • BA/BS in marketing, business, healthcare administration, communications or related field, or 3 to 5 years of direct experience with marketing, communications, or product management.
  • Highly motivated, organized and capable of motivating and guiding others to adhere to deadlines, maintain high standards, and fulfil their responsibilities.
  • Ability to create effective relationships and influence & collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with funneling, filtering and facilitating work on department wide scale.
  •  Advanced project management skills, with an emphasis on scheduling and task management.
  •  Self-motivated and highly skilled at managing multiple projects, and working in a high-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically, be a problem solver and handle ambiguity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present new ideas to leadership to improve upon existing corporate strategies.
  • Strong communicator that presents information accurately and clearly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • A trusted partner who can work on behalf of PCMI leadership on a department wide scale.
  • TPA organization or employer health benefits experience, preferred.
  • Internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider with 40 MB download and 10 MB upload speeds.
  • Home router with wired Ethernet (wireless connections and hotspots are not permitted).
  • A designated room for your office or steps taken to protect company information (e.g., facing computer towards wall, etc.)
  • A functioning smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit on site.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Marketing Support
  • Manage sales and product library content daily.
  • Ensure library aligns with brand guidelines, current operational processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee the PCMI sales proposal templates to ensure alignment with industry trends.
  • Assist in driving growth, by assessing and reporting performance objectives and making improvements as needed.
  • Ensure that product owners across the organization are maintaining up-to-date vendor rates, renewals, and terms, and provide this information to the Director of Business Development.
  • Collaborate with product owners to ensure all sales collateral and questionnaire responses are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with the sales and account management team to ensure the library content is best positioned to optimize sales and retention results.
  • Manage and maintain the vendor fee list for our products and services.
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis for proactive bids and proposals.
  • Create and develop customer awareness programs for clients’ products or services with the marketing and communications teams.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Compliance teams to complete Administrative Services Agreements (ASAs) for new business opportunities.
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed request for proposal (RFP) requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
  • Work closely with PCMI’s internal departments to ensure submission of billed rates for new business.
  • Facilitate the quoting and delivery of new business with brokers and upselling opportunities with our Account Management team.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
  • Complete market research on key products and services to be offered by PCMI.
Reporting and Vendor Analysis
  • Evaluate various vendor partnerships for key products and services to be offered by PCMI.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new products, services, and partnerships.
  • Manage the ongoing relationship with key partners.
  • Update sales and product content library on a daily basis.
  • Assist in driving growth, by assessing and reporting performance objectives and making improvements as needed.
  • Report on the accuracy and freshness of the sales and product content, as well as the vendor fee list.

  • Maintain internet speed of 40 MB download and 10 MB upload and router with wired Ethernet.
  • Maintain a HIPAA-compliant workstation and utilize appropriate security techniques to ensure HIPAA-required protection of all confidential/protected client data.
  • Maintain and service safety equipment (e.g., smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit).
  • All other duties as assigned.
