Introduction

We are looking for a qualified Digital marketing director to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for our company.

As a Digital marketing director, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence.

Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.

A Day in the Life as a Digital Marketing Director, Consumer

-          Build our digital marketing roadmap

-          Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, SEM and SEO, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency

-          Drive leads to the sales team, and measure CAC and CPL ratios

-          Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget

-          Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction

-          Oversee our social media accounts

-          Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics

-          Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

-          Liaise with Product, Design, and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies

-          Monitor competition of KPI goals and provide ideas to stand out

-          Stay up to date with digital technology developments

-          Work closely with the management of the websites, conferences, social media, email campaigns, advertising, success stories, and blogs as they pertain to digital implementation.

-          Work closely with the Marketing Director to create and manage innovative educational digital marketing campaigns that meet the needs of K-12 education.

-          Define the product value proposition and develop and drive business strategies and processes.

-          Measure and communicate the impact of digital marketing efforts.

-          Other duties as required.

Qualifications

-          Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related Business field, and a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

-          Experience in Student Acquisition or Education Technology is highly desirable.

-          Must have excellent leadership and management skills to direct and develop staff.

-          Experience in leadership roles managing teams to success.

-          Ability to understand on-going market trends and align campaigns to relevant projects and programs.

-          Ability to understand and execute the key elements necessary to sell in education.

-          Knowledge of industry-accepted best practices and tools.

-          Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.

-          Strong multi-tasking, project management, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

-          Exceptional communication skills with strong verbal, written, and presentation proficiency.

-          Must have attention to detail and excellent follow-through.

-          Must be highly organized and able to prioritize.
