Title: Manager of Digital Marketing
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 based on experience

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage team of up to 7 individual contributors ranging from lead generation, website management, PPC, and SEO efforts as well as responsible for reporting on monthly team projects and metrics
- Ensure close collaboration and a high level of customer service with internal department heads and regional teams
- Coordinate, and manage Vendors, Software, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing, Google Business Profile, ILS’s (Apartments.com, Rent, Zillow etc) and other paid media campaign’s budgets
- Responsible for defining the customer journey, the sales funnel, and tracking paid media mutli lead attribution for reporting requests through Brightgauge and Yardi
- Identify what data points are keys to success, how to capture those points and articulate in a digestible, repeatable way
- Conduct monthly calls with regional teams and properties to help higher properties in need obtain occupancy goals
- Manage, coordinate, and execute integrated digital marketing strategies, specifically SEO, SEM, mobile, tablet, online leasing and emerging technologies
- Work closely with vendors for contract negotiations, ensuring the best rates and terms
- Follow industry and related news to generate ideas around trending topics to draw new audiences
- Trouble shoot software and process issues with lead tracking, websites, and phones
- Ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright, fair housing and data protection)
- Conduct keyword research utilizing the SEO team for competitive analysis, content optimization, meta-tag creation, link development and other SEO related activities
- Responsible for ongoing analysis of web site statistics to continually improve site performance, traffic, conversion, and ROI
- Drive web and property traffic to show continuous improvement in reducing cost-per-lead and cost-per lease
- Maintain accuracy of web site by making all changes and corrections to the web site via the content management system, including community descriptions, photos, and floor plans
- Manage domain registration for all Weidner community and corporate URLs
- Build digital spend recommendations and paid media strategy for all properties
- Works with Weidner web site provider to set up web sites for new acquisitions and developments
- Attend all Marketing meetings and participate in creating new ideas, strategies, and concepts
- Actively participate in a positive team environment through teamwork, communication and excellence in service; communicate regularly with the Director of Marketing
- Actively demonstrate the values of the Weidner Customer Service Vision to team members, associates and external customers
Qualifications:
- Follow Weidner’s Mission, Vision and Values and comply with all of Weidner’s policies and procedures as outlined in the Associate Handbook and Policy and Procedure Manual, as well as the Fair Housing rules and regulations
- Prompt with regular attendance and maintain a professional appearance at all times while on duty
- Ability to work 5 days a week in the Kirkland home office
- 6+ years’ experience with a proven track record in SEM, SEO, PPC, GA and Google Ads
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing standards and best practices
- Possess solid project management discipline
- Familiar with HTML and Internet principles; understanding of how different web technologies influence site search ability
- Successful track record of managing a team of 4
- Experience with, WordPress, Yardi, Zendesk, Excel highly desirable
- Proven relationship-management experience and excellent organizational ability, with close attention to detail and process
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, across multiple tasks, with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel to regional locations on occasion to support regional assets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a marketing and customer service emphasis
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field experience preferred
- Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
- Valid and current driver’s license
