Palms at Briarwood

The Night Attendant will be working directly with the Community Director to verify all situations that happen overnight, including:

--Weekly building light check

--Monitor pool activity. Make sure all residents in  pool have pool bracelet and are following posted rules. Tidy up pool area nightly (pick up trash and straighten furniture). Lock pool nightly and open on Sunday mornings.

--Handle after hours noise complaints.

9:30pm-10:30pm
and call outs

Saturday:
6pm - 7pm
9:30pm-10:30pm

Sunday
9:45am-10:15am
5pm-6pm
9:30pm-10:30pm
