The Assistant Community Director will assist in ensuring the efficient operation of an apartment community. Our ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, enjoys interacting with people in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, someone who is not afraid to step into a leadership role and can adapt to change.

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of the annual budget
  • Collecting rents, fees, and delinquent accounts
  • Preparation of daily bank deposits
  • Implementation of the community lease renewal program
  • Assisting with all aspects of leasing and marketing
  • 2+ years of property management experience or related industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc); knowledge
  • Knowledge of Yardi is a plus
