As a Weidner Leasing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to create a neighborhood within your community.

Responsibilities:
  • Present the community and apartments to potential residents
  • Work with community vendors
  • Host community events that bring the residents together
  • Assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community's marketing strategy
  • Maintain community's customer base with an effective resident retention program
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to connect with others easily
  • Ability to laugh and uplift the lives of others
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Valid and current driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
