Talent Acquisition Operations Associate

 Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the TA team and the Sr Director of TA to determine best practices
  • Become an Applicant Tracking System expert able to make administrative changes and improvements
  • Create and analyze reports in the Applicant Tracking System to provide usable and valuable data for the company
  • Work with the HRBP team to gather headcount requests, verify data, and enter into Applicant Tracking System
  • Manage Vendor relationships and contracts
  • Research new recruiting tools and make recommendations to TA team
  • Update Talent Acquisition information on the corporate intranet and onboarding portal
  • Monitor and update requisition positings for compliance
  • Help to create Branding as to working for WebMD and its affiliates
  • Track and submit invoices for the Talent function
  • Schedule all VP/Executive level interviews
  • Periodically schedule interviews for other roles depending on volume
  • Maintain and update the TA departments SOP Manuals
  • Manage Intern Recruiting and oversee Intern Program
  • Participate in Diversity Outreach programs

Requirements:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent related experience
  • Effective in working with people at all levels in the organization
  • Experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, and HR operations
  • Proficiency with Jobvite required
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
