Summary: The Manager, NBE Strategy and Performance is responsible for supporting the strategic design, performance forecasting, and ongoing optimization of dynamic engagement programs across the Next Best Engagement (NBE) platform. This role focuses on translating client objectives into scalable engagement strategies, enabling data-driven decision making, and ensuring performance intelligence informs campaign orchestration across programs.
Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Orchestration Strategy & Engagement Design – Support development of engagement strategies aligned with client objectives and performance goals, define engagement use cases, and inform targeting approaches based on historical performance insights.
- Performance Intelligence & Forecasting – Lead development of performance projections and benchmarking frameworks to inform campaign planning and optimization strategy.
- Program Performance Monitoring – Monitor campaign performance to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities across tactics, brands, and audience segments.
- Strategic Platform Operations Partnership – Partner with platform operations leadership to ensure alignment between engagement strategy and execution models, providing input on launch readiness, scalability, and execution risk.
- Data & Execution Intelligence – Support validation of instruction data readiness from a performance perspective and ensure reporting reflects meaningful engagement drivers.
- Organizational Enablement – Strengthen internal understanding of NBE orchestration strategy and performance drivers through knowledge sharing and documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Program teams to translate performance insights into strategic recommendations and campaign improvements.
- Continuous Optimization – Identify opportunities to improve engagement effectiveness, execution efficiency, and overall campaign outcomes through data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, marketing analytics, marketing operations, or campaign performance management.
- Experience working with data-driven marketing programs or omnichannel engagement strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences marketing experience.
- Experience with campaign forecasting, engagement analytics, or performance modeling.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, ad serving systems, or data infrastructure environments.
- Background in client-facing digital marketing strategy or omnichannel campaign execution.
Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000
Bonus Eligible: This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
