As Senior Director/Product Owner, Marketing Analytics Platform, you will help WebMD Ignite clients better understand their approach to consumer marketing and improve their decision making and ROI using data backed methodologies. In this highly strategic and visible role, you will leverage your deep analytical expertise to develop executive level relationships with clients. As a trusted advisor, you will share insights, establish strategy and optimize capabilities to deliver value. Internally, you will collaborate with sales, product and marketing to ideate, execute and measure our “jobs to be done” and go to market strategies. Our ideal candidate has a broad understanding of marketing analytics and the important role of marketing platforms and services within the healthcare industry. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Build executive level relationships with WebMD Ignite clients to better understand their needs and create trusted advisor relationships.

  • Lead the development of GTM strategies for Provider clients seeking to drive patient acquisition, retention and overall revenue growth

  • Leverage innovative data technology to help WebMD Ignite healthcare clients plan, measure and optimize their marketing ROI. 

  • Establish the strategy and roadmap for the marketing analytics capability that enablesWebMD Ignite’s vision of delivering value for customers in a complex environment.

  • Establish the standards, best practices and frameworks for analytics and marketing that leverage WebMD Ignite’s data science to deliver immersive experiences that drive behavioral change and can be assessed against ROI and KPI goals.

  • Use analytics and data visualization tools to conduct analysis on large sets of health and consumer data. 

  • Develop analytical approaches to solving client and internal business problems and provide thought leadership along with development and delivery of roadmaps. 

  • Partner with the Heads of Sales, Product, Marketing Services, and Professional Services to drive the digital transformation and raise the value of the organization centering around the experiences we deliver for our customers. 

  • Partner with other leaders across WebMD Ignite to refine the current process to deliver always-on data driven approaches and demonstrable ROI for our customers. 

  • Establish an ongoing partnership with the Sales and Marketing organization to drive education, awareness and visibility into WebMD Ignite’s marketing analytics capabilities to influence our go-to-market strategy with a connected story and vision.

  • Work with the Data Science and Leadership team to identify, test and adopt new data models, predictive models and insights to maximize the impact and ROI from various forms of communication.

  • Explore and understand industry trends and new analysis methodologies to drive effectiveness and insights. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytically oriented discipline (e.g. business, economics, statistics, mathematics, marketing, etc.) or technology-oriented degree – M.S. or MBA is a plus.

  • Proven track record of experience in Marketing in a highly regulated Healthcare environment

  • At least 5-10 years of business experience with a strong track record of success in digital marketing and marketing analytics.

  • Technical expert level knowledge of strategy, planning and analytics within the healthcare marketing ecosystem.

  • Leadership experience and deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem having worked for either large brands or within a leading digital agency.

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, service oriented and ever-changing environment.

  • Ability to quickly build credibility and rapport with the corporate marketing, product, engineering and shared services/delivery leadership teams.

  • Ability to develop and give effective presentations to senior level executives and to a variety of audiences both external and internal. 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • This position will be hybrid within our Newark, NJ office (3 days a week in office)
  • Travel up to 20-25%
