Senior Account Executive - London

The Role:
Medscape is seeking an Senior Account Executive to join our London team, working across pharmaceutical and healthcare client campaigns. You will partner closely with internal teams and clients to manage end-to-end media campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client experience. This is an ideal role for a highly organised, client-focused professional with strong media expertise and a passion for digital healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage media campaigns across the full lifecycle, from planning to reporting.
- Develop and execute media plans tailored to client objectives.
- Coordinate with clients and agencies for creative assets and QA.
- Lead client kick-off calls and maintain ongoing client communications.
- Prepare monthly reporting and manage campaign revenue.
- Collaborate with Sales, Media Planning Ops, and other internal teams to deliver outstanding campaigns.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to support future business.
- Stay up-to-date on WebMD media products and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years’ experience in media planning within an agency or publisher environment.
- Strong client service focus and ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DCM, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical media is a plus.
