  • Creatively source candidates for open technology, digital media, sales, and clinical type roles
  • Identify best source for candidates and initiate recruitment campaigns
  • Develop new ''candidate streams'', including social networking and other new media avenues
  • Manage job responses
  • Screen resumes for basic requirements
  • Conduct phone screens to qualify candidates
  • Update and maintain recruitment progress in the ATS system
  • Work with Recruiters throughout the process
  • Ensure candidates receive timely responses to their applications
  • Provide feedback to candidates on their status when warranted


  • Articulate with excellent writing skills, and a good eye for detail
  • Ability to handle high volume environment
  • Discreet, professional, and well-spoken, with good communication skills
  • Exceptionally well organized and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative
  • Ability to use judgment and seek guidance with confidential issues
  • Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines
  • must have some experience utilizing HR/Recruiting software
