SUMMARY:

The Project Manager leads projects through the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) process from sale to launch. This role requires an experienced, highly detail-oriented individual that wants to take a hands-on approach in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and editing content submissions for multiple projects, thorough QC of submission materials, tracking project progress, and monitoring timelines. The Project Manager is in constant communication with our Account Management team to understand and meet the needs of our clients and is occasionally in direct contact with clients. There is also daily contact with other internal teams to revise and produce our event promotional materials. The Project Manager is the SME for their assigned accounts and provides leadership for the project team.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Successfully manage projects and their timelines from sale to launch
  • Prepare/edit documents required for submission and approval through various Pharmaceutical regulatory processes
  • Thorough editorial and correctness QC of all submission materials
  • Partner with internal operations and client teams to coordinate and communicate the status of projects
  • Serve as primary point of contact for project-related requests 
  • Identify work completion issues or risk areas and develop alternative courses of action and solutions in order to produce high quality, timely work products for clients
  • Address project issues that arise and coordinate with internal teams (as needed) to resolve and proactively identify solutions to avoid future issues
  • Use online submissions systems to upload pieces, download comments, and track progress
  • Interpret and address Medical/Legal/Regulatory comments


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, events focused a plus
  • Must have solid Microsoft Office experience especially related to Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and project management software a plus
