- Client Services
- Ensure the database is populated with data and images of active frame listings correctly and in a timely manner
- Monitor and audit for completeness and accuracy
- Meet agreed-upon fill-rate metrics for key data points, trace files, and images
- Nurture and support 130+ client relationships and manage any issues that arise
- Traffic & Inventory
- Ensure smooth process of inventory flow through required workflow stages
- Monitor daily/weekly metrics reports for staff
- Custom Photo Studio
- Ensure successful negotiation, scheduling and prioritization of all studio jobs and ensure all client-specific quality standards and deadlines are met
- Studiobox Production
- Oversee Studiobox process with 3D imaging partner (FittingBox) and manage the relationship per the contractual terms outlined in the Annual Agreement
- Development
- Manage Frames Data’s in-house development efforts and Sr. Developer
- Manage relationship with Frames Data’s IT consultants, TrazerEdge, who manage the software environments for the Frames Data database
- Responsible for overall process improvement as well as developing and enhancing business applications
- Ensure technology and processes are up-to-date, for example ensure our image capture, database management, and management software (Panorama) are kept in pace with available technologies and continually look to improve to serve the evolving needs of the business and clients
- Oversee quarterly billing process and distribution of electronic invoices
- Responsible for adherence to established budgets
- Oversee administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
- Determine and track customer requirements and expectations in order to ensure standards and requirements are met
- Manage team of four direct reports and eight indirect reports
- Provide guidance and support to staff as needed
- Hire, train, and develop staff members
- Provide coaching, feedback, and mentoring to staff
- Proactively address employee performance issues and complete performance reviews
- Adhere to HR guidelines and processes, including managing employees in Dayforce system
- Attend industry and association meetings as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Minimum ten (10) years’ management experience
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing direct and indirect reports across a variety of functions
- Healthcare and/or optical industry experience is a plus
- Experience with databases and data hygiene practices
- Familiarity and experience with SQL and software development environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
