Account Coordinator @ EngagedMedia

WHO ARE WE?

EngagedMedia is a fast-growing, healthcare marketing & technology solutions company, and as of Q3 2019, is a part of WebMD. We work directly with the biggest pharmaceutical brands and manufacturers on the planet and are based in Atlanta at our WebMD offices at the top of Colony Square in Midtown. We are looking for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and major impact. We are a lean team of MVPs.

WHO ARE YOU?

This position requires you to be highly focused and a self-starter who has the ability to see projects through from beginning to end with minimal direction while ensuring execution at highest level. This is a unique position within our company, as part of our Account Management team, with unparalleled access to the management functions of a high-growth company. This role requires you to be a jack-of-all-trades and a master of as many as possible. Ideally, we are looking for a team member who has strong business management & interpersonal skills, familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite & Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively (both written and oral) based on data, trends & experience. We’ll help teach you that last part – but we need someone with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative. In addition, you need to be able to run projects on your own limited oversight, learning and advancing quickly in your capabilities as well as your ability to support any client needs.

You should be proficient at:

  •      Effective communication of report/data analysis based on client KPIs and goals
  •      Content and copy creation/editing of the highest quality with minimal supervision and direction (most often using InDesign, Keynote, PowerPoint, & Photoshop)
  •      Total ownership of end-to-end project management and planning
  •      Organizing and prioritizing events, tasks, projects, & duties based on other competing issues
  •      Other various tasks as needed

SO WHAT WILL IT BE LIKE?

We are a small company with a high-growth trajectory that is now a division of a larger, industry-leading company. We need talented staff members with the potential and desire to continue developing themselves every day and moving his/her team forward. One day might have you providing the insights and documentation for a new client pitch, while the next might have YOU suggesting to a billion-dollar brand how they might change their strategy. These are daily occurrences for our team members.

While experience and degrees might get you in the door, we are looking for someone who wants to be here and is the right fit for our team. Make no mistake – our team is our company, so we take our daily staff very seriously. We are looking for the types of people who strive to make their team and their company the absolute greatest they can be, and where it shows in their work. We also believe more in working smart rather than simply working hard – and you should have fun while doing it. As we grow, so will your responsibilities. This role in particular provides the well-qualified applicant with an unparalleled level of access to the executives of this company, as well as involvement in the ground-level operations of a high-growth company. Once you have learned and demonstrated key aspects of the role, there is the opportunity for more flexibility how much time you will spend in the office vs. working remotely. Domestic travel 1-2 per quarter is anticipated.
