SUMMARY:

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing multiple client relationships and project deliverables. To execute projects, the Client Success Manager will work closely with Project Manager(s). They will also work with cross functional teams consisting of Business Development, Production, Audience Engagement, RDHQ, IT, and Creative teams. The role will require management of multiple client deliverables and will require actively overseeing the successful execution of projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for key facets of account management, including project management, planning, developing, and implementing client initiatives, ensuring the quality and timeliness of the final deliverable product, and maintaining client satisfaction. The Client Success Manager will conduct regular meetings with internal team members to discuss client challenges and opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage small-to-medium sized accounts as the main client contact
  • Establish credibility with clients at all levels and lead client communications effectively
  • Ability to partner and manage internal members to ensure all project timelines are met
  • Show strong attention to detail to ensure quality deliverables throughout the implementation process
  • Onsite presence as needed for in-studio broadcasts
  • Ongoing flexibility to adhere work schedule to the demands of the client/project
  • QC and approval of all pieces prior to client delivery and submission into MLR systems
  • Solid understanding of broadcast
  • Ongoing and frequent communication with Account Services leadership to keep them informed of all client activity/issues/opportunities
  • Overall ownership of client program success and execution


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, or science/medicine or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management preferably with a medical education or pharmaceutical agency/vendor
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to work well independently and as a team member
  • Proven ability to multitask, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and successfully operate in a fast-paced work environment

  • Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport while providing superior service and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors/contacts
  • Must have a professional attitude and be able to conduct effectively with all levels of the organization
