    Position Description:

    Brookfield, WI

     Located at the site of the designated client, the Senior Well-being Program Coordinator (SPC) will work collaboratively with the designated client’s Benefits and Wellness team and WebMD account team to raise awareness of the onsite programs and the WebMD products and services that enable it.   

    The SPC is responsible for client satisfaction, retention and reference-ability.  S/he will act as an advocate for the client, as well a point of contact with senior client stakeholders to increase participant engagement and maximize value delivered through the WebMD relationship.  They will provide thought leadership and support program planning and impact assessment, as well as coordination and promotion of service.The SPC will proactively identify opportunities for service delivery enhancement and improvement.  As opportunities are identified, they work with other Client Services staff, Account and Management team to improve processes, and develop new solutions.

     The successful candidate may plan/conduct an indicated number of onsite learning sessions per year. This schedule will also be planned, with appropriate goals set, alongside the designated client, within the implementation stage of onboard. The SPC will work with and be a resource for the individual employer units in their health promotion activities.

     The successful candidate will have a background in benefits/ human resources, health and wellness promotion and/or wellness program management.

     In this role you will:

    • Focus primarily on the promotion and support of programs inside the US
    • Provide referral to appropriate client well-being resources and work to integrate those resources and programming into the WebMD portal
    • Provide ongoing project management for current US-focused wellness programs and promotional events for client and/or WebMD
    • Own the Wellness Champion network in their development and ongoing support of well-being initiatives
    • Provide ongoing program performance review and health/wellness strategy support
    • Help support improvements in healthy lifestyle behaviors and overall well-being of client employee population
    • Work closely with all client vendor partners where applicable to support all well-being events and initiativesWork closely with client resource teams (i.e Corporate Social Responsibility, Employee Resource Groups, etc) on the support of US-focused initiatives as well as the WebMD Engagement Specialist to develop calendar and scheduling of events tied to on and off campus programs and activities for maximum engagement
    • Coordinate the flow of information and materials between WebMD and client
    • Coordinate of meetings and other communications (internal and external)
    • Coordinate the delivery of corporate and US-focused well-being initiatives
    • Develop and maintain schedules necessary to support the successful execution of client well-being programs

    QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

    • BS/BA Required, MS/MBA differentiator
    • Professional Certification from National Wellness Institute (NWI), The National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC), or the equivalent certification will be considered.
    • Minimum of 2 years Wellness Coordinator/Health Coaching or similar client-facing experience required
    • Minimum of 2 years delivering healthcare information products and services required, especially consumer-facing interfaces and H&W administration.
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple relationships with multiple client stakeholders in a dynamic and stressful environment.
    • Business and technology services experience.
    • Professional presence and technical credibility to interact with senior-level customer contacts.
    • Familiarity with MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

     
    PREFERRED: 

    • 5 years Wellness Coordinator/Health Coaching or similar client-facing experience preferred
    • 5 of more years of delivering healthcare information products and services, especially consumer-facing interfaces and H&W administration, preferred.
