What You Will Be Doing at WebMD

  • Provide general support  for HRIS related tasks and issues:
    • User security issues and security modifications
    • Incorrect HR records
    • Payroll processing
    • Payroll year-end processing
    • Benefits enrollment process
    • Benefits carrier feeds
    • Employees’ entitlement
    • Employee self-service forms
    • HR/Payroll/Benefits workflow forms
  • Monitor, administer, and troubleshoot daily data integration feed from our external sources to HRIS
  • Work closely with internal customers, technical staff, and QA to ensure the solution deliverables satisfy business requirements
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including collaboration with the business stakeholders, developing UAT criteria and test cases
  • Develop and/or update product solution overviews, FAQs and user documentation to support project implementation activities
  • Troubleshoot and provide application support to various business end users
  • Conduct thorough Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with the business end users and development teams to review business needs and document any additional system/reporting requirements
  • Perform analysis and translate business needs and to create solution requirements documentation

Qualifications:

  • Possess 3+ years of experience as a business analyst/consultant and application support professional
  • HRIS and payroll application experience
  • Experience with ERP application support
  • Experience writing functional specifications
  • Ability to prioritize assigned tasks and balance multiple deadlines / projects
  • Outstanding  interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience documenting business requirements and processes
  • Communicate effectively with both business and technical staff, conveying complex ideas to various audiences in both verbal and written form
  • Eager to learn new corporate applications, concepts, technologies and integrations
  • History of success in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Candidate must demonstrate creative problem solving skills

  • Ceridian DayForce and Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Familiarity with SQL query language and database systems like SQL Server
