About the Department:

WebMD Marketing Solutions is responsible for leading the development, scoping and strategic storytelling of a high volume of advertising solutions and sponsorship opportunities for large accounts, across all verticals including consumer packaged goods (CPG), Government, Hospital Systems and Pharmaceuticals. Candidate will have the opportunity to shadow and assist Sr. Marketing Managers Associate Marketing Directors on the implementation of Marketing plans in support of Sales. 


  • Assist through the RFP process – ideation and strategy, creation of proposals and participation in client pitches
  • Creation of a monthly Deal Highlights Newsletter
  • Track of competitive pitches high-demand categories
  • Perform market & competitor analysis
  • Use Salesforce to monitor and track campaign activities
  • Assist in the creation of case study materials


  • Minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Enrolled in Undergrad or Graduate program and returning for the Fall 2021 semester.


  • Preferred major in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related discipline
  • Excellent communication, organization, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
