Responsibilities:

  • Understands and can communicate the complexities of how programmatic buying works and its application in today’s media ecosystem
  • Ability to provide insight and analysis on current “programmatic” landscape, trends, and future vision of data-driven automated media buying
  • Understands and can communicate the value of publisher data, specifically how it can strategically align with client’s goals and objectives as well the overall benefits activating this data via an automated buying platform
  • Experience outlining targeting personas and how data modeling can build more precise audiences for clients to leverage
  • Experience explaining open market executions as well as private market/direct deals and can outline the pros/cons of each tactic
  • Familiarity with the industry leading ad technology platforms and ability to communicate their competitive benefits
  • Has demonstrated the ability to develop personalized sale’s solutions on a client by client basis, based on clients’ needs
  • Excels in an entrepreneurial sales environment and can be a brand champion, data expert, as well as a client consultant
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:

Required

  • 5+ years’ experience selling programmatically
  • Bachelors’ Degree required
  • Fluency required in all aspects of digital advertising including display, content marketing, social, and programmatic
  • Must be a creative thinker with the ability to develop customized sales solutions based on clients’ needs
  • Understands and can communicate the value of publisher data and how data modeling can build more precise audiences for clients
  • Experience with private market/direct deals and can outline the pros/cons of each tactic
  • Extensive client deal-making experience and a desire to aggressively “hunt” and develop new business
  • Excels in an entrepreneurial sales environment and can be a brand champion, data expert, as well as a client consultant
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and enjoys working on a team
