EngagedMedia is a fast-growing, healthcare marketing & technology solutions company, and as of Q3 2019, is a part of WebMD. We work directly with the biggest pharmaceutical brands and manufacturers on the planet and are based in Atlanta at our WebMD offices at the top of Colony Square in Midtown. We are looking for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and major impact. We are a lean team of MVPs.
WHO ARE YOU?
This position requires you to be highly focused and a self-starter who has the ability to see projects through from beginning to end with minimal direction while ensuring execution at highest level. This is a unique position within our company, as part of our Account Management team, with unparalleled access to the management functions of a high-growth company. This role requires you to be a jack-of-all-trades and a master of as many as possible. Ideally, we are looking for a team member who has strong business management & interpersonal skills, familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite & Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively (both written and oral) based on data, trends & experience. We’ll help teach you that last part – but we need someone with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative. In addition, you need to be able to run projects on your own limited oversight, learning and advancing quickly in your capabilities as well as your ability to support any client needs.
You should be proficient at:
- Effective communication of report/data analysis based on client KPIs and goals
- Content and copy creation/editing of the highest quality with minimal supervision and direction (most often using InDesign, Keynote, PowerPoint, & Photoshop)
- Total ownership of end-to-end project management and planning
- Organizing and prioritizing events, tasks, projects, & duties based on other competing issues
- Other various tasks as needed

Domestic travel 1-2 per quarter is anticipated.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 2 yrs FT experience in account management or somehow working with major brand clients and a team
- Adobe suite and MS Office proficiency (InDesign and Excel mostly)
- Proven achiever & self-starter on complex projects
- Specialization in Marketing, Healthcare, Business, or Tech development
- 2-3 yrs experience in Marketing, IT, or similar roles with a strong focus in either discipline
- 2-3 yrs as project manager, account manager, or equivalent knowledge & experience
- Excellent mobile and/or healthcare IT knowledge or background experience
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
