  • Own the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns on our native platform as well as augment traffic on third party platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google, etc.)
  • Plan, monitor and optimize multiple campaigns
  • Run email marketing campaigns on SendGrid and MailChimp
  • Conduct ongoing conversion rate optimization 
  • Ensure all campaigns and conversions are properly tracked

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years in demonstrating exceptional skill in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms 
  • Strong experience with retargeting, remarketing and custom audiences
  • Moderate email marketing experience
  • Expertise with pixel tracking and conversions 

Preferred Skills:

  • Moderate graphic design skill to produce ad creatives 
  • An ability to create and optimize landing pages for conversions 
  • Experience engaging and activating small (less than 5,000 users) audiences
  • An ability to execute basic SQL scripts 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Any background in healthcare / medical education an asset but not required
