General Description

Frames Data is looking for an enthusiastic team-player to join the Client Services team as Client Services Assistant. This role will assist the team with customer technical support, database support tasks, and monthly reporting.
This is a Part Time position - 20 hours per week within 9am-5pm weekday timeframe. Shift times are flexible but should cover some business hours in all US time zones (e.g., 1 PM – 5 PM ET).

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer Tech Support phone calls and assist customer using tech support knowledge base documentation
  • Reply to all Tech Support emails and voicemails daily using tech support knowledge base documentation
  • Perform database support tasks (such as processing client data files) as assigned and confirm success with manager and clients within specified deadlines
  • Review daily industry newsletter for product announcements; follow documented process to ensure new products are added to the Frames Data database
  • Assist client services team with client outreach and data update projects
  • Process product samples through proprietary image-capture equipment (as needed, e.g. due to sample volume, backlogs)
  • Create monthly client reporting
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • 1+ years customer-facing support experience, preferably in a technology environment
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Team-oriented and dependable
