Position Requirement:
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS3 and basics of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other Marketing automation platform
  • Nice to have knowledge of JavaScript (jQuery), Git, XHTML, Workfront.
  • Should have hand-coding HTML using semantic markup, the latest W3C web standards, and CSS layout / positioning.  Preferred experience using AI-assisted to tools to build and test email designs.
  • Experience with Email/Marketing Automation platforms is required (i.e.: ExactTarget, Acoustic, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, etc.).  Preferred experience with creating automated processes including data imports, APIs, trend analysis, or KPI monitoring 
  • Experience in multiple of the following tools: YouTrack/JIRA, Aspen, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Google AdManager, Builder.io (or similar), Asterisk 
  • Experience using AI-based tools for assistance building precise web content.
  • Experience working with internal teams and external agencies in the creation of assets needed to satisfy digital campaign requirements
  • Fluency in how to build email campaigns with dynamic or conditional content based on data segmentation (using Ampscript in Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) are also critical success factors in this role
  • Experience integrating and consolidating data from multiple platforms to create unified datasets, with a strong focus on leveraging metadata to drive process automation and operational efficiency.  SQL experience is a plus.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Create robust and precise email creatives for various promotional clients.  Configure email, QA and schedule emails. 
  • Create cross-browser/device, fully functional emailers using HTML5, CSS3, and, while adhering to accessibility and W3C web standards 
  • Deliver integrated application components to Testing and Quality Assurance team. 
  • Serve as a technical liaison among technical, account, creative and content teams. 
  • Translate wireframes/PSDs into launch-ready, valid HTML 
  • Designing, coding, testing, defect management, and production support (in collaboration with various internal teams) 
  • Implement solutions to support bug fixes and enhancements.  Clearly communicate requirements, dependencies and potential blockers. 
  • Ensure all email best practices are being implemented
