Position Description:
- Serve as a liaison between the team and Product Managers.
- Lead the team in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand priorities.
- Translate high-level feature requirements into user stories that clearly outline objectives.
- Maintain an adequately groomed backlog to facilitate the development process.
- Provide clear and detailed acceptance criteria that can be used to assist QA in generating automated test cases.
- Test, pre-validate, and accept user stories based on acceptance criteria.
- Communicate realistic timelines to stakeholders based on the team's size estimates for a
- Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of Sprint
- Balance new feature development and bug fixing to ensure regularly scheduled releases
- Be the spokesperson for the product you own.
- Be technically curious with a desire to learn new technology.
qualifications, skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 3 to 4 years of experience working as a Product Owner for SaaS
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Highly organized individual with successful multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams App and Mobile Application
