General Description

 

The primary responsibility of this role is the execution and day-to-day program management of assigned programs in conjunction with the PHE team.  This includes acting as the liaison with project related personnel for the implementation of clinically impactful programs for cost effective, on-time delivery of programs and/or projects. 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Liaise with and provide follow-up to grantor and vendors as appropriate
  • Secure author and clinical reviewer contracts for assigned programs
  • Provide proper invoicing for faculty through Econometrix
  • Responsible for communication and coordination with shared services (Art, Web Development, CE Processing) to ensure timelines are met through project completion
  • Maintain files for appropriate accreditation documentation
  • Reconcile and invoice programs upon completion
  • Maintain strict adherence to SOPs and to client and internal production timelines
  • Oversee and manage budgets to estimates
  • Prepare and disseminate monthly participant reports to grantors and distribution partners
  • Contribute to the preparation and coordination of CE program announcements both on a per project and monthly basis
  • Enter various surveys into survey software and coordinate dissemination with blast team to the appropriate audience; retrieve results as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Background in the healthcare field strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and internet proficiency
  • Team oriented and able to work independently
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in project management/marketing/sales administration
  • Capable of administering multiple tasks concurrently and staying on top of project deadlines and deliverables
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work with tight deadlines and multi-task many projects at different stages of development through completion in an organized manner
  • Be experienced with:
    • Goal-oriented project management
    • Developing and maintaining client relationships
    • Interacting with funding agencies and professional groups
  • Able to work independently, and as a team player
  • Excellent editorial skills with a working knowledge of AMA style
  • Knowledge of library/resource acquisition procedures
  • Attention to detail and demonstration of strong project management skills

 

Travel

 

  • Some travel required
